1. What OverlayPhoto Does

OverlayPhoto is a browser-based photo editor with filters, overlay effects, web camera capture, a collage maker, and utility tools. The available catalog may change while release verification is in progress. A companion mobile app is in development; its release scope will be documented only after verified store listings are available.

2. How Your Photos Are Handled

• The core web editor, web camera, collage, and utility workflows are designed to process selected source photos locally in your browser. Check the Privacy Policy for feature-specific network and account data handling.
• Do not treat an automated editing result as a factual, legal, or identity record. Review every export before sharing or using it in a consequential context.
• The native mobile app is not yet publicly released. Its permission, capture, export, and data-handling claims remain release-gated pending signed-build and real-device evidence.
• We do not train AI models on your photos.

3. AI & Enhancement Disclaimer

Automated enhancement can be imperfect on complex scenes, low-resolution input, or unusual subjects. Review results before using them in publications, commercial work, or identity documents.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OverlayPhoto to:

• Edit photos of people without their consent in a way that harms or misrepresents them;
• Create sexually explicit deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting minors in sexualized contexts;
• Impersonate real individuals in a misleading or defamatory way;
• Remove watermarks or copyright notices from content you do not own;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or contains malware.

5. Community Content

Public recipe marketplace, daily challenge submission, and social-template publishing workflows are not available as verified public release features. Do not rely on placeholder or preview routes as a public community service.

6. Reporting & Takedown

Report policy violations or copyright concerns to support@overlayphoto.com. Include enough detail for us to review the report and any relevant rights claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

OverlayPhoto is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. See our Terms for full details.
