Acceptance of Terms

By using the currently available OverlayPhoto browser tools, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use License

OverlayPhoto grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the currently available browser tools. This license does not allow you to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
Use the app for any illegal purpose
Redistribute or sublicense the app

Paid Access

OverlayPhoto does not currently offer paid access, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or refunds in this release. Any future paid offering will publish its provider, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms only after its full lifecycle is verified.

Content Ownership

Photos you create with OverlayPhoto belong to you. OverlayPhoto does not claim ownership of any content you create. Overlay designs and app assets remain the property of OverlayPhoto.

Limitation of Liability

OverlayPhoto is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or device issues.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of OverlayPhoto after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
