1. White Background
A sheet of white paper or poster board. Curve it from table to wall for seamless background. Use our background remover for perfect white.
2. Window Light + Diffuser
Place product next to window. Tape white paper over window for soft diffusion. No harsh shadows.
3. Use a Tripod
Consistency matters for e-commerce. Every photo should be the same angle, distance, lighting.
4. Multiple Angles
Front, side, back, detail, in-use. Amazon requires at least 5 images. Show scale with a hand or common object.
5. Edit: Brighten + Sharpen
Product photos need to be bright and sharp. Brightness +15%, Sharpen +25%, Contrast +10%.
6. Remove Background
For marketplace listings, use our free background remover to get transparent or pure white backgrounds.
7. Resize for Platform
Amazon: 1000×1000px minimum. Etsy: 2000×2000px. Use our resizer with platform presets.
