The core editor, camera capture, collage, and image-tool workflows process selected photos locally in your browser. Account and community features use separate API requests, but the local editor does not upload selected source photos.

The browser workflows accept common browser-decodable formats. JPEG, PNG, and WebP are the verified formats across the core editor and converter.

The practical limit depends on the image dimensions and available browser memory. Use the resize or compression tool first if a very large image cannot be decoded safely.

Yes. The responsive web editor works in supported mobile browsers. Native iOS and Android apps are still in development and do not yet have official store listings.

The web editor is available now. Native mobile capabilities and their final release catalog will be documented only after the official App Store and Google Play listings are live.

The browser editor includes a curated set of filters, overlay effects, and adjustment controls. The verified catalog may change as releases are audited.

No. Current local tools use deterministic browser image processing. OverlayPhoto does not market them as AI segmentation or generative editing unless that capability is implemented and verified.

Paid access is not enabled in this release. Checkout, entitlement, cancellation, refund, and restore lifecycle verification must be complete before paid benefits or a provider catalog are published.

Yes. You own all photos you create. OverlayPhoto does not claim any rights to your content.

Yes. The editor includes shortcuts for undo, redo, export, tool switching, reset, and before/after preview.

The web interface has 21 configured locales. Some long-form content remains English while localization coverage is expanded and audited.
